Inner self roots, is about feeling what self-acceptance means. You see a photo series in which people are depicted in daily life. They have all answered a question that has to do with one of the 5 aspects that belong to self-acceptance. Not everyone has to accept themselves, but it can help you to feel a little better about yourself.

In life, so many things happen to people around you, your activities such as work or study, how you present yourself and especially what you think and feel. Life can and may be beautiful, but life also has turning points that are sometimes difficult to deal with.

Having self-acceptance requires an essential foundation of self-confidence. Listening to yourself and trusting your intuition is crucial. Accepting our past is an important perspective, and without those experiences, we would not be who we are today.

True self-acceptance is a gift you give yourself—a reminder that you are enough, just as you are. It’s the foundation for self-confidence, inner strength, and a fulfilling life. When you practice self-acceptance, you begin to find peace. You stop trying to fit into molds that don’t suit you and start living authentically. You realize that it’s okay to set boundaries, prioritize your needs, and make space for growth. By accepting yourself fully, you also open the door to accepting others, fostering compassion and connection.
